Co-founder and VP of Research at Unveil. Ms. Militello is a world-renowned expert in Naturalistic Decision Making (NDM) research, especially the theory and practice of Cognitive Task Analysis (CTA). Her research includes exploring strategies for decision support and training across a range of complex settings, including pararescue, emergency response, critical care nursing, air campaign planning, and intelligence analysis. In recent years, she has been recognized as a leader in applying NDM methods and models to challenges in healthcare. Ms. Militello received an M.A. in Experimental Psychology and Human Factors from the University of Dayton in 1995.

His focus for the last 5 years has been on developing AR applications, content, and experiences. Mr. Hendricks has a diverse range of skills, including concept development, visual storytelling, visual design, interactions design, 3D design, 2D/3D animation, 2D/3D motion graphics, and visual effects. His software development skills focus on front-end programming, game development, and mobile app development. He has led the design and development of web-based and mobile games and other apps. Additionally, he has lead multi-discipline project teams and managed emerging technology departments. He has worked for start-ups and larger organizations to develop and commercialize innovative technologies.

Co-founder and VP of Operations at Unveil. Currently a Combat Rescue Officer, Mr. Smith draws from over a decade of experience as an Air Force PJ. He has focused on high fidelity training in TCCC, full mission profile exercises and law enforcement emergency response. Mr. Smith has instructed members of elite units from all branches of the Department of Defense, as well as special law enforcement divisions from across the United States, helping them to recognize and react to a broad range of critical conditions under stress. Mr. Smith has also worked in the civilian emergency medical field, both as a technician in the emergency department, and as an extrication specialist for a rural rescue squadron. His broad experience as a first responder in both military and civilian contexts, combined with his extensive experience as an instructor provide an important perspective to inform the design, development, and evaluation AR adaptive training.
